To ensure the validity of the return application, the returned footwear must be kept in original condition, with complete original packaging, unused and unwashed, without any wear marks, scratches or damage, and all accessories and labels must be intact. We strictly adhere to the principle of fair service for all global users, with no regional differences in return standards.

Return Application Process and Operation Guidelines
